Villa Casa Aggi in Lagos at the Beach Meia Praia, for a maximum of 8 people, with english TV

A detached luxury villa with alarm system, air conditioning and heating throughout the house. It has its own outdoor swimming pool with heating option available, at an additional cost.

There is a deposit of 500 €. Payable 4 weeks before arrival on the account of the landlord. Damage refund within 7 days of departure.

Villa casa Aggi is located just outside of Lagos borders, next to popular golf resorts and a fifteen minutes walk down the hill to the local beach 'Meia Praia'.
By car, in 10 minutes, you can reach Lagos beautiful city centre, with its narrow typical Portuguese streets filled with restaurants, bars and fish mongers.
With space for a maximum of eight people the Villa consists of 2 Bed & Bathrooms on the main floor, a studio department with an extra kitchen and living room (ca.70m²), 1 Bedroam and a sleepingsofa in the basement, as well as a living and dinner room on the topfloor. In all rooms you can use wireless lan free of charge. The residence provides a security system and a radiator for house and pool. Please note that raising the pools temperature will be added to your bill.
The House will be cleaned once a week.
The residence Casa Aggi has a tasteful interior especially in both bed & bath rooms on the main floor. The bedrooms on the main floor have king size beds. Furthermore international Televisions Receiver are installed in the livingroom first floor, german Satelit Television are in all bed and living room. against 30 euro fee, if required, English television can also be found in the studio living room. Below in the basement the bedroom consists of two single beds.
The Studioapartment
Using the marple staircase will lead down to the studio apartment (ca.70²) which combines both living room and kitchen. The brand new kitchen provides you with a fridge, oven, and a dishwasher and all the things you need for private cooking sessions. Of course bed and bathroom are also included. Tables can be extended. Also inside the bathroom you have a washing machine.
1st Floor
On the upper floor you find the spacious living room, the balcony and the main kitchen accessible through the indoor marble staircase. Balcony and living room are separated by glass doors so you can still enjoy the view over pool, neighborhood and nature even on colder days. Talking of colder days, please note that a fire place is part of the living room also.
The Kitchen, just as the second kitchen in the studio, is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, Fridge & freezer, microwave and all of the kitchen utensils you would usually need. Close to the kitchen on the first floor you will also find the guest toilet and a room with an extra fridge, washing machine & tumble dryer.
Outside
You truly appreciate the pool (ca. 4,8m x 8,5m) and the outside of the residence as it will make you truly appreciate summer in the Algarve. Let it be grilling next to a nice fresh of green with its lemon and orange trees or just lying on the provided sun lounges taking a nice sunbath.
