Villa Lara is a nicely furnished and renovated holiday home set in the small and quiet village Belavići on the east coast of Istria.
The closest beach is 6 km from the house and Pula is reached within 20 minutes by car. In the vicinity there is a pizzeria, a shop and an agritourism.
Villa Lara is the last semi-detached house, it has a big property with lot of equipment for kids, a swimming pool with sun bank and sun chairs, covered terrace with barbecue and dining table.

Villa Lara consists of two separate units connected with external stairs. On the ground floor, there is a cosy living room with fireplace and access to the terrace, spacious dining room for 6 and access to the terrace with sitting set and view of the pool, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, a shower/toilet and a separate toilet in the hall. The first floor has the same floor plan. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
