My Rental Homes - Casa Li Galli 5min walk from Positano center, terrace, sea view

Casa Li Galli is located in Positano and it is part of a building where are other holiday homes as well. It is 5 minute walk away from the center of Positano and from there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the hill around. Furthermore you will find close to the property all the necessary services such as shops, a minimarket and the bus stop. The apartment is very well equipped and it offers all kind of comforts for a relaxing holiday. It consist of 2 bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 guests, thanks to a sofa bed in the living room. When you enter the apartment you will find a corridor where the two bedrooms are located. They both have air-conditioning and a terrace with panoramic view, table and chairs where it is possible to have your meals. One of them has an en suite bathroom (with shower box) and a double bed, the other one has twin beds that can be joined. Another bathroom (with bath-tub and shower) is available. At the end of the corridor you will find the kitchen that is fully equipped with all modern appliances and from where you can reach the living room provided with a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player and from there you can access the same balcony that spreads over the two bedrooms. The living room has also a small balcony. As above mentioned the apartment has air-conditioning and heating as well. So to end, if you choose this property for your vacation you won’t be disappointed at all.

Neighborhood and transport
Positano is renowned all over the world for the fantastic views it offers and the houses built in the rock. It is certainly one of the most enchanting places in the world with a unique landscape and a wonderful sea.
However, it is good to know that among its features, there is inevitably a need to make several steps to move on foot, so people with mobility difficulties may have some problems.
The car is advisable to move freely, as an alternative to taxis or public transport.

Rental rules
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. Minimum stay: 3 nights, arrival-departure days are flexible.

Security deposit: Credit card details will be required upon arrival as guarantee in case of damages to the property.
Daily cleaning and change of towels included in the rental price. Change of linens every 3 days. Extra cleaning (if requested) € 20 per hour.
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
Extra cost: Parking space € 30-40 per day (to be booked in advance).
