A king master bedroom with a TV, access to a covered deck and a private bath. The third master bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, access to covered deck and a private bath.

The lower level has a rec room with a pool table and a convenient wet bar with sink, microwave and full refrigerator. There is a bedroom with two twin bunk sets and a second bedroom with a pyramid bunk set with trundle. The bedrooms share a full hall bath. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.

Outdoor amenities include a private pool, hot tub, covered parking, two charcoal grills and two outdoor showers. The community pool and tennis courts are just steps away.
