Park your car securely and take a leisurely stroll to the beach, restaurants, and shops. With a spacious open-plan living area, modern kitchen, and comfortable lounge, you'll feel right at home.

Relax on the balcony with a quiet BBQ and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Take the kids to the nearby park, explore the historic ruins at Trial Bay Gaol, or simply unwind in the beautifully furnished unit under the cool air conditioning.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to SWR for past 20 years saying at Jubilee units 12, 7 and the past 12years at Unit 10 . Jubilee apartments are close to the Beach and shops and although we will continue to stay at Jubilee there has been no changes or updates made to the unit for 10 years I would suggest a new bed in the main bedroom and internet connectivity for a start.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whilst we loved the unit size/layout and location. We had very significant problems with EVERY bed in every room. One bed completely collapsing. The real estate was very helpful and sent handyman around, and he was good BUT, we had to eat our dinner with someone driLLIng and working on the beds. At 7pm on a fri we said we'd do last clean up... the vacuum cleaner was disgusting, so full of dust etc , with no bag, it couldn't be used. I did advise real estate who undertook to address and notify owners of our concerns. The blankets were musty and a bit small for queen bed. This was a special occasion holiday and I rented a more expensive unit in the area for this reason. The outdoor furniture needed wiping over as well. The unit is very spacious and bright/airy. There was no offer of any compensation, a nights credit etc. I'm not sure I would recommend, beds are important.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Jubilee 10 is a spacious apartment, kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and it has a long balcony. Having the lockable garage in the basement adds to security, although manoeuvering is tight, particularly for larger vehicles, in part due to garage door #11 poking out into the driveway. The lift to reach the apartment on level 1 is very convenient. The location is excellent, close to all SWR amenities. There is no Wi-Fi.Overall, this is a great place to stay, however we note the following:The water pressure to the basin in the main bathroom is merely a dribble, so is impossible to use.The apartment had obviously been cleaned following previous occupants, but there is long established grime/mould around the shower recess frames in both bathrooms and in places on floor and wall tile grout. An in-depth clean is required, over and above the cleaning after each occupation.The microwave might need checking – the light flickered continuously when in use. The helpful staff at Elders warned us about the weird wiring of the exhaust fans such that when the ensuite fan+light runs, the fan in the toilet operates too. There is no exhaust fan in the main bathroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to SWR for 10 years now for our annual family holiday. In that time we have always stayed at the jubilee complex. This is our 5th time staying in Jubilee 10. We also love coming back as we settle in so quick and everything is so close to the accomodation SWR is our little paradise!
