The covered entry leads to dramatic great room with fully equipped gourmet kitchen, opening to the private infinity edge pool with an amazing view of Coco Bay. Lounge on one of the many chaise lounges, revel in the pool, play on the outdoor pool table or enjoy the company of friends at the swim-up pool bar.

This five-bedroom, six-bathroom home features a stunning array of indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Four of the bedrooms feature king beds, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, large patios, and incredible ocean views. The fifth bedroom is a kid nook, with air conditioning, triple bunk-bed and futon. There is an additional queen murphy bed located in the great room. Accommodation for up to 10 adults and 2 children.

The Club at Coco Bay is a one-of-kind Tennis and Fitness Club situated within the grounds of Coco Bay Estates in Playas del Coco. This exclusive club allows guests a remarkable location to participate in a variety of activities. Located just down the street is the beautiful Ocotal Beach Club for our guest to enjoy.
