Elevated above d'Albora Marina, Nelson Bay, Crows Nest is the only accommodation available in this enviable position at the marina. Marvel at the magnificent views over the marina, where luxury vessels moor. Here in the heart of pretty Nelson Bay, activities right on your doorstep include a selection of restaurants, bars, markets, live entertainment and events for everyone. Cruises and charters depart daily to experience the wonderful Port Stephens waterways which are 2.5 x the size of Sydney Harbour – choose from dolphin and whale watch cruises, parasailing, fishing charters, boat and jet ski hire and more.

This generously proportioned 2-bedroom apartment is a natural entertainer, with an abundance of beautifully bright, open plan living space boasting wonderful high vaulted ceilings. A real star attraction of this apartment is its open furnished timber balcony with a BBQ, offering a great alfresco space overlooking the marina and out across the stunning harbour. Here you can entertain or simply relax and soak up the views and beautiful fresh coastal air. The apartment is well equipped with ducted air-conditioning, a flat screen digital TV and a DVD player, and a full kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop.

The master bedroom has a king bed and spa bath ensuite, with a shower over the corner spa, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a king single bed. Both have ceiling fans, as does the living room. The main bathroom offers a bathtub, walk in shower and a separate toilet, and the internal laundry offers a washer and dryer. Guests will be supplied with one parking permit for free off street parking at the marina during your stay.

Important Notes:
- Linen is provided at this property and beds will be made, ready for your arrival.
- Crows Nest is located above the marina shops and boatyard with 47 stairs (with a handrail) leading to the top floor apartment.

We loved our stay ! The view was stunning The apartment is spacious and comfortable but there were a few things that could be improved There was no teatowel,no pot scourers,no dishcloth these things are usually provided in self contained units The shower screen track was very dirty and there was built up dust on the skirting boards Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return

Rental Experience at the Crows Nest
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property numerous times with each time hoping that there would be some improvements. Two visits ago my hubby fixed all the blinds as they were in such bad nick. This time there was a disgusting mould patch in the 2nd bedroom which was covered up when we arrived. I am recovering from cancer and this is so detrimental to my health.... mild is so toxic to the normal person let alone a cancer patient. Also there needs to be spare blankets it was freezing at night. Douglas and I love the location but it desperately needs some attention.Regards Leanne Medcalf

In the heart of Nelson Bay
Exceptional location right on the Marina with views for miles. Easy walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Spacious and clean apartment with linen and provisions included. It could use a little upgrade as decking and blinds were showing signs of wear and tear but overall we were very happy with our stay here. 4 Stars ****

Not what we expected
This is an unusual property. Mostly clean, but old-fashioned and extremely sparsely furnished. Lots of kitchen equipment though. Broken blinds, grubby lamp, grubby rug. TV didn’t show any channels but luckily we brought our chromecast & hotspotted. We couldn’t find the place at first, because they neglect to tell you it’s above a restaurant. Beautiful views and it’s very spacious. Management moved us after 3 days because they needed to get a plumber in.

Nelson bay marina
Great location with uninterrupted views of Ndola bay and surrounds made this an amazing apartment to stay. It was very spacious and modern, but needs a bit of attention to musty smell, dusting and cleaning windows. The linen pack is a bit of a pain. I should have asked for beds to be made. Also the key pick up seems to be a continuing frustration as there was a person at the key hub to help us get in and access the keys.
