This fully equipped cottage boasts living with a newly renovated kitchen, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave with open plan living/dining area that leads out to the large deck, perfect for an afternoon drink or family BBQ.
Take in the sweeping views of Killcare Beach and surrounding Bouddi National Park from the large covered balcony that wraps around the entire front of the property.
There is wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans throughout for those hot summer days.
To the rear of the property, there is a flat grass area, perfect for the kids to play.
The property has off unsealed off street parking.
Phone reception in the area is very limited, however, there is free WIFI at the property.
