The top level consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area opening onto a large entertainer's deck, obviously with amazing views. The kitchen is large and has a servery to the deck. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area with a small step down to a sunken lounge. The master bedroom, walk through robe and ensuite are also on this level as is a guest bathroom. The living area also boasts a wood burning fireplace (please byo firewood).

The downstairs area consists of a second large living area with all facilities and opening onto another large covered deck. There are two more bedrooms and a bathroom off this living area and a huge laundry room. There is a fourth bedroom accessed via the downstairs deck - probably not suitable for a small child but perfect for a teenager or older.
