Spacious 3 Bedroom Renovated Unit With Wonderful Ocean Views

Situated high on the 7th floor of the popular Akuna building is this beautiful renovated 3 bedroom unit. Only 220m from Town Beach and 1km to the Town Centre, this unit is in the ideal position. Enjoy the wonderful ocean views from the large balcony which runs the length of the unit, which all bedrooms and living areas open onto.

The spacious design is ideal for families or extended families with the main bedroom and ensuite at the western side of the unit and the two other bedrooms on the eastern side with the kitchen and living areas in the middle. Large open kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and lots of bench space.

There is a queen sized bed in the main bedroom, a double in the second bedroom and a double and a single bed in the 3rd bedroom. The main bathroom has a large shower and there is also a combined toilet/laundry with a washer and dryer. All linen is included.

"The apartment is lovely and just as described on Airbnb. Wonderful views with big bedrooms, and every bedroom opening out onto a huge balcony. The beds were comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. The kitchen/living area is big and well appointed and also opens onto the balcony which is equipped with tables and chairs, perfect for breakfast looking out over the ocean. Shops and restaurants are not far away, some are walking distance, others are a 5 minute drive away. The walk along the beach front is lovely, reading the painted rocks was interesting. Reviewer Comments: Always love dealing with Elders- so easy.Unit is in a fabulous location with great water views and a short walk to water, shops, restaurants or attractions. I do not recommend this unit for a family with children ad the screen doors to the balcony are not childproof for safety. The unit is on the 7th floor and I feel the balcony fencing is not high enough...too scary with little ones.No air-conditioning though usually gets a sea breeze each time we have stayed here.

Christmas Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A relaxing week in a beautiful apartment and a beautiful location - it was a great holiday. It was only a short walk to the main street and the stunning Town Beach. The Bandwagon Cafe was just around the corner and provided yummy food and friendly service. The Fish & Chip shop on Lord Street is highly recommended.Thank goodness for the single garage because parking on the street in a lucky-dip, making it tricky for families with 2 cars. (If you need extra parking - try Grant Street which is just up the lane)There were just a couple of things I would tweak to make this an exceptional stay. There was not enough toilet paper or dishwashing tablets for the week, no Christmas decorations (and we were there for Christmas Day) and there was no wi-fi or Netflix. These are the things one comes to expect at this price-point.
