The Space:
Stroll down the street and you are at the river, turn right and in five minutes you are on the main Anglesea beach or at one of the gorgeous local cafes, turn left and you are a couple of minutes away from the main shopping precinct. This classic Anglesea beach house is simple and easy but oh so comfortable. Ideal for the smaller family, there are two good sized bedrooms that have a beautiful leafy outlook. There is also a sofa bed in the living area meaning this property will accommodate 5 guests in comfort. There are two separate living areas allowing space for all, and the house is serviced by a central family bathroom. The kitchen, complete with bright yellow retro laminate bench top, looks out over the back garden and has basic needs such as a microwave, kettle and toaster. The north facing deck at the front of the property is a sun trap and the perfect place to bask in the sun, or curl up and read a book. In the evenings you can relocate into the back yard and sit under the pergola and relax after a big day at the beach. There are ceiling fans throughout the property, but also a split system for year round comfort, as well as a slow combustion wood fire in the living room. This property has the added convenience of having a washer on site making this home all that you could possibly need for a good old fashioned simple family holiday.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb Bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive an email providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
