15/15-16 The Esplanade, Cowes - amazing views

Being above the shops and with nothing between you and the beach, sit on the balcony and look across Western Port Bay to the Mornington Peninsula. You can't get more central Cowes than here - park the car and walk to restaurants, shops or across the road to the beach.

Featuring open plan living with comfortable lounge area, with flat screen TV and DvD player, tiled floors and floor to ceiling windows. There is split system heating and cooling and double sliding doors opening on to the balcony. There is a large central dining table with seating for 8.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher, there are lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for alfresco dining. The balcony is private and has an outdoor setting and gas BBQ, the views are amazing.

The master bedroom has an ensuite with a spa bath. The laundry is European style with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is one secure undercover car spot and a second visitors car park at the rear of the building.

This is a lovely affordable foreshore apartment in an awesome beach front location.

Also enjoy a dip in the complex's Indoor pool or a Spa, which is heated in the school holidays only.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card. great place, great location
We went just to relax at the beach & that’s exactly what this apartment is all about. It’s a great apartment. Very clean, plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies & appliances. The living area is spacious. But the view from the balcony was all that I needed, much time spent relaxing out on the balcony with the ocean view, watching the boats and other water activities. The beach across the road is great for sun bathing & paddling. The apartment is walking distance to all essentials and easy an drive if you want to get out & about, though this time of year is quite busy in Cowes and Phillip Island so plan ahead & allow extra travel time.

POOR DIRECTIONS
Mostly we enjoyed our stay however we were fairly annoyed with the lack of directions from the Estate Agent as to how to get there. After driving around without success we went back to the agent for instructions. When we arrived we then had a problem finding our apartment. There were two doors leading upstairs and initially we took the wrong lift....frustration again. On the second day we were heading out when we bumped into a family who were clearly also quite annoyed as they too were having trouble finding their apartment. Having been through the experience we were able to direct and help them. They too had used the wrong entrance!! We thought this whole experience was a bad start to our holiday and believe that the real estate agents were quite uncaring. Even when we went back to ask we had to wait for at least 5 minutes before someone came out to see us. Probably won't be returning...

Top spot, well worth staying here
This unit was massive in the main living area, the biggest I've ever stayed in. The beach was safe for the kids and we enjoyed walking to the shops for all our food and restaurant needs. No need to get in the car and find a park. We will be staying here again.

Perfect Appartment.
I have been holidaying at Cowes for over 50 years and this apartment is the best experience I have ever had. Appartment was spotless, contained everything you could possibly need, very large living area luxurious bathrooms, amazing views and I can't wait to return for the Christmas holidays and hopefully for many years to come.
