The kitchen is large enough to cater for family gatherings. there is a split system heating and cooling in the living area, electric heating as well as an open wood fire, ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, comfortable leather sofas, flat screen tv and dvd player.
The Laundry has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
There is a lovely large undercover deck for entertaining all year round with a outdoor chiminea for warmth in winter and a nice space for summer. The guests also have access to the 23 foot boat mooring not far from the property.

The garage/shed is not available. Pets are welcome but strictly outdoor only.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
