The home is spacious and in a very good location. But the length of time for Ashley to answer questions was unacceptable. Most hosts answer within 3-4 hours or less. Ashley took 24 hours or more & some she was unresponsive. The online info is not up to date incl. pics. No pics of the master bath, hallways and stairs + more. She doesn’t reveal the 3 cameras until you check in. Also Incorrect Wi-Fi codes online/no response to the error. Sent a request for correct codes that took too long to get. Turns out the info is on the fireplace mantel that we found later by ourselves. Photos do not illustrate the fragile collectibles & things that should be removed & home is very cluttered. Guests who arrive with children under 5, be aware it’s not a child friendly house with so many breakables. Also the deck was not cleaned on our arrival. The security gate is rotted out. We had to wipe off all the deck furniture to use. The BBQ hood is broken and the wooden deck has weeds. The pink chairs on the deck are rusted. The ice maker is broken and fridge filter she never replaced for our 6 day stay/never said she couldn’t. The listing photos are too old. However, Ashley has provided many more amenities than she lists like a toaster oven, instant hot kettle, + more. In Summary, my opinion was that Ashley was not responsive to repairs we informed her of, needs to respond quicker to inquiries. And needs to update and reveal more in the online info with up to date photos and amenities.
