Πολυτελές παραθαλάσσιο διαμέρισμα στο Κανκούν

Villas Nizuc, Villa 26 είναι ένα όμορφα διακοσμημένο, καλά διατηρημένο, τριών υπνοδωματίων αρχοντικό στυλ συγκυριαρχία, που βρίσκεται στην παραλία στην Hotel Zone του Κανκούν. Η ζώνη ξενοδοχείων του Κανκούν θεωρείται επίπεδο 2 SAFE για τους επισκέπτες από το αμερικανικό υπουργείο Εξωτερικών, στην ίδια με την Αγγλία και την Ισπανία. Δεν υπάρχουν ταξιδιωτικοί περιορισμοί. Το 2014 πραγματοποιήσαμε συνολική ανακαίνιση της βίλας των 320.000 δολαρίων. Σχεδόν όλα στην βίλα είναι καινούργια, μέσα στα τείχη και στους χώρους διαβίωσης. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με διπλό νιπτήρα και ντους, θυρίδα ασφαλείας τύπου ξενοδοχείου και μπαλκόνι με όμορφη θέα στην παραλία και στον ωκεανό και / ή στη λιμνοθάλασσα. Υπάρχει επίσης μια μεγάλη, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία & σαλόνι στο ισόγειο. Παίρνουμε τα περισσότερα αμερικανικά τηλεοπτικά κανάλια, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των κυριότερων δικτύων & έχουμε CD & DVD players & ένα στερεοφωνικό σύστημα υψηλής απόδοσης. Υπάρχουν πάνω από 3000 τετραγωνικά πόδια του χώρου διαβίωσης για την απόλαυσή σας. Υπάρχει Wi-Fi σε όλη τη βίλα Η βίλα είναι ακριβώς πάνω στην κύρια παραλία της Κανκούν Hotel Ζώνη με όμορφη θέα της Καραϊβικής από σχεδόν παντού μέσα και έξω από την βίλα & από το ιδιωτικό αίθριο και τα μπαλκόνια μας. Βρισκόμαστε μεταξύ του Westin Regina και του Sun Palace Hotels σε Km. 20 στο Blvd. Kukulcan, ο κεντρικός και μόνος δρόμος της Hotel Zone. Η δική μας υπηρέτρια 20 και πλέον ετών έρχεται καθημερινά αλλά Κυριακή για να καθαρίσει, να πλύνει και να διατηρήσει τη βίλα σε καλή κατάσταση. Παρέχουμε όλες τις πετσέτες, όπως πετσέτες παραλίας, λευκά είδη, σαπούνι χεριών, & καρέκλες και ομπρέλες για την παραλία. Τα μοναδικά πράγματα που πρέπει να φέρουν οι επισκέπτες είναι τα δικά τους σαμπουάν & στεγνωτήρια μαλλιών και οποιαδήποτε προσωπικά αντικείμενα όπως φάρμακα, κινητά τηλέφωνα κλπ.

Οι βίλες είναι μια κλειστή κοινότητα και έχει 24/7 την ασφάλεια, ένα πολυτεχνίτης, κηπουροί, φροντίδα πισίνας, καθαρισμός παραλιών και οι χώροι είναι όμορφα διατηρημένοι. Βρισκόμαστε σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από την παραλία από το μεγάλο ψαροντούφεκο και βρίσκονται κοντά σε όλα τα είδη παραθαλάσσιων δραστηριοτήτων όπως αλεξίπτωτο, τζετ σκι, κλπ. Δεδομένου ότι βρισκόμαστε στην ξενοδοχειακή ζώνη, είμαστε κοντά σε εκατοντάδες εστιατόρια, εμπορικά κέντρα και μαρίνες και δύο νέα σούπερ μάρκετ στυλ των ΗΠΑ, ωστόσο οι βίλες είναι πολύ ιδιωτικές και ήσυχες. Ο χώρος στάθμευσης είναι δίπλα στη βίλα αν νοικιάσετε ένα αυτοκίνητο, ενώ η υπηρεσία ταξί & λεωφορείων είναι όλα έξω από την είσοδο της βίλας. Εάν νοικιάσετε, ο ιδιοκτήτης θα σας δώσει πολλές χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για να κάνετε τις διακοπές σας στο Κανκούν μια μεγάλη εμπειρία.
Η βίλα μας είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια ή φίλους που θέλουν να ταξιδέψουν και να μείνουν μαζί. Οι βίλες είναι χαμηλού κλειδιού, ξεκούραστη διαμονή τύπου και ΔΕΝ είναι κατάλληλες για άτομα που θέλουν να πάρουν πάρτι ή να πίνουν βαριά. Δεδομένου ότι το κόστος είναι για ολόκληρη τη βίλα, η οποία μπορεί άνετα να φιλοξενήσει οκτώ άτομα, είναι πολύ λιγότερο ακριβό από το να διαμείνετε σε ένα ξενοδοχείο ή το all inclusive θέρετρο. Κάθε ένα από τα τρία υπνοδωμάτια μας είναι φυσικά ξεχωριστό από τα άλλα και έχει δικό του ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, έτσι υπάρχει μεγάλη ιδιωτικότητα όταν το θέλετε. Επίσης, δεδομένου ότι το κύριο καθιστικό & αίθριο είναι στο επίπεδο του εδάφους δεν υπάρχουν ανελκυστήρες για να πάρετε & όχι λόμπι για να περάσει. Είναι 30 δευτερόλεπτα με τα πόδια από τις 2 πισίνες, μία από τις οποίες είναι για μικρά παιδιά, και ένα λεπτό με τα πόδια από την παραλία πάνω από τους όμορφα διαμορφωμένους κήπους με φοίνικες. Έχουμε πολλούς επαναλαμβανόμενους μισθωτές και αν νοικιάσετε τη βίλα μου μία φορά, είναι πολύ πιθανό να θέλετε να το νοικιάσετε πάλι.

Summer Family Vacation
This is a great place for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun, but who doesn't enjoy staying at crowded, expensive resorts. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to tropical storms, but we enjoyed spending time in this amazing beach house, and we plan to come back as soon as possible!

Exceptional
Our party of 5 thoroughly enjoyed Marty's condo. We stayed for 7 nights and didn't encounter any issues. This condo is immaculate, due to the daily cleaning staff. We cooked most nights and found everything we needed to prepare the meals. The unit is very modern and tastefully decorated. It was hot and humid most of our trip and the air conditioning handled it quite well. The three bedrooms are large, especially the master which is massive. Everyone found the beds comfortable, water pressure was good in the showers and there was plenty of hot water. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. We utilized the pool everyday which we noticed is maintained and cleaned every day, but spent most of the time on the beach. The lifeguard Franco will set you up with chairs and umbrellas. If he’s not there one of the security staff can take care of it (Vito). We had Roberto cook for us on our first night. He made delicious fajitas and several side dishes. It was enough to feed a small army and was extremely reasonable. We took a few trips to the grocery store (Chedraui) It is a very modern grocery store that has everything you need. We decided to take Taxi’s but a word of warning, they will try to take advantage of you. Always ask the price before you get in. They will try to grab your groceries and put them in the cab so you feel obligated to accept the ride. Every driver had a different price. We refused one ride and walked away and he came down 400 pesos. We plan on staying again

Hidden gem in Cancun
What a wonderful place to stay and a great experience. Great communication with the host ahead of time. Villa was very clean and cleaners came very regularly to tidy up,wash towels, etc. Great location if you want to not be in heart of the hotel and bar district. Was very quiet and peaceful. Strongly recommend using the recommended driver, Jose. Fair prices and very friendly. One time we were late for an outing and had to run outside and catch the first taxi we saw. Sure enough, the first one that came by was Jose. He got us there on time and when his cell service for taking a credit card payment wasn't working, he said "don't worry, just pay me next time". In general, I'd recommend not renting a car in Cancun. Driving is a little crazy and taxis will always get you there quicker. Uber was unreliable in Cancun. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of the cook they also have at the Villas but wish we had. Thanks Marty, for a great stay. If we return to Cancun, we will return here! Eric and Peggy.

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay at Marty's villa. It's in a great location right by the beach. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. If you have small children, you might want to keep an eye on them while climbing the stairs. We'll be happy to stay at this place again

Amazing Stay!
This condo is beautiful - near the pool and steps away from what feels like your own private beach. It's extremely clean and the staff that maintains it is wonderful and helpful. It's located maybe a 10 minute bus/cab ride from hotel row - which was perfect for us. The owners communication is great - complete with a welcome package that had recommendations for restaurants and activities. If we return to Cancun, this would be my first choice to stay.

Awesome location and experience.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Everything was so enjoyable and seamless. Pay for Roberto and family to cook, you won’t regret it! We used Uber to deliver groceries which also worked well! Only minor complaint is the beach in front of the complex does have some trash and condo staff does not clean or maintain the beach, but nothing with the property itself! If you walk the beach this is hardly unique to this complex as many of the beaches will have trash.

Turtle Time
We had excellent pre-trip communication with Martin and we arrived and walked right into the unit with little hassle, which is great after a long plane ride. We found the place to be clean and well-appointed and perfect for the six of us. The location is great, a short cab ride from the airport and also immediately on the waterfront with a view from all of the rooms. If you are there from mid-summer to early fall, stroll down to the sea wall at around 10:30pm and you'll most likely see multiple sea turtles each night, each one burying their eggs in the sand. The attendants will then dig out the eggs and put them in a protected area of the beach, away from people and predators. Meanwhile, each night eggs from 6 to 8 weeks ago were hatching and baby turtles needed to be released into the ocean. Before we knew it, we were handed a baby turtle and told to wait a minute while the attendant got a bucket of baby turtles that needed to be released into the ocean. We gave a tip to the workers but they never asked for it. We just felt grateful that we could be a part of this unique experience. We did this a few times during our stay.

A wonderful trip
Everything was absolutely perfect. The property owner was amazing and his communication leading up to our vacation was great and super helpful. Roberto and Guillermina were amazing and so nice. Absolutely perfect
The owner, Marty, was so nice and easy to communicate with and gave us so much information before checking in! Roberto (the property manager). his wife Guillermina, and their friend, Guadalupe, cleaned everyday and are available for cooking meals for you (for an extra charge - but so worth it!) The pool is just steps outside the back patio, the beach just a few steps past that. Ocean views from master and 2nd floor bedrooms. I would definitely rent this house again …. I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. Thank you to Dr. Grabel, your wife and staff.

Beautiful home, I stayed in the master suite and it’s the whole 3rd floor, the views are amazing, super clean, the last day I was looking for some medicine and couldn’t find it and I told Roberto and his wife and he went out of his way to go find it. Very nice people, very humble. Will definitely book here again….

Beautiful, spacious, quiet ocean side condo
This condo was the perfect getaway for my family during such uncertain times. I went with my parents and young children including an infant. The property is beautiful, clean, quiet, safe and relaxing. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. The host and manager are incredibly responsive and accommodating. My only complaint is that the trip wasn't long enough!

Piece of paradise
Amazing location in hotel zone. Guarded and on-duty lifeguard made our stay feel very safe. More than enough space for 3 adults and 3 kids. We especially loved having the grassy area for kids to run around. Martin was an excellent host with great communication before our stay. He was even available to give us directions day of check in when our gps failed. Daily housekeeping was an added plus. They were in and out pretty quickly and never felt intrusive. The beach felt very private - much better than having to wake up early to reserve a palapa! Pool was cleaned daily and again almost felt private with just a few other families. We are hoping to plan a return trip next year:)

Best Vacation Ever!
We've been to Mexico over a dozen times & but have grown tired of the crowds at the mega resorts. For my 50th birthday, we decided a condo would be the best choice for our family of 5 adults and 3 (23, 12, & 9) children. We decided to rent this gorgeous condo. From the early days of the reservation, Marty, the owner, was in touch and available for questions. He was so kind and concerned about our trip that I felt like I had known him for years. He mailed us a packet with all the info we would ever need, including numbers for trusted cab drivers, restaurant reviews, and excursions. Now for the actual trip. We arrived at the condo to be greeted by the smiling faces of Guillermina & Roberto, the property's maid and caretaker. Guillermina cleaned the condo from top to bottom every day. It was absolutely spotless by the time she was done, but somehow, she was never in our way. Roberto was incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had. You can also pre arrange for him to cook you dinner for a fee. Let me tell you, his dinners were better than any restaurant we visited while there. Even the pickiest of our children devoured what he made. They set the table for us, cooked, and cleaned up after. We felt so taken care of. As far as the condo, the pictures do not do it justice. The views are breathtaking. The rooms are very large and the beds are comfortable. There is plenty of closet space along with many shelves in the bathrooms to help you stay organized. We also had a dressing area in our room where I could sit and blow-dry my hair and get ready comfortably. Each room has its own bathroom and a/c unit. Every morning, we would grab the unit's 4 boogie boards, all the beach chairs & umbrellas and set them up at the beach. I counted 40 steps to the pool and 75 steps before my feet hit the sand. Most days, we were the only ones on the private beach. It was amazing. You would look way down to the left and to the right and see the beaches & ocean littered with people at the hotels. The kids had a blast boogie boarding and playing in the sand. We took a cab to a large grocery store when we arrived and picked up essentials. There is a convenient store a short walk away that we walked to pick up milk & eggs when we ran out. You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo. Marty, Guillermina & Roberto are some of the kindest people you'll ever some across. We will be back for sure!!

Oceanfront Serenity Place
Our group of 8 ladies recently stayed at this villa. If was everything we needed to relax in between exploring the island. Marty started communicating with me from the start of booking. He answered all of my questions and provided all kinds of useful information to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Roberto and Guillermina was great. They made sure we had a delicious breakfast each morning, cleaned & made the beds, and made sure we had fresh towels daily. Roberto even accommodated our last minute request for fresh Pico de gallo on our departure day. The villa was spacious, fully stocked with everything we needed, and very well maintained. The views were awesome watching the sun come up each morning. I would highly recommend Marty's place to anyone visiting Cancun.
