On a large, secluded plot with shelter you will find this architect-designed and architecturally interesting home with a special atmosphere. No letting to youth groups. The decor is thoughtful and creative and the house is kept in bright colours. The 45 m² large living and dining area is an extension of the kitchen and has ceramic hobs and a fan oven. In the living room you will also find a DVD player, video and safe. Wireless internet 30/30 Mb. The house is built around a central kitchen/family room which devides the 2 bedroom units each with 3 bedrooms with good closet space and which are located next to the bathrooms. The house is equipped with an energy-efficient climate systems that ensures good indoor air quality. If you think it's too cold to swim in the ocean you can dwell in the pool area with a star sky where the 8 x 3.8 m swimming pool is or get massage in the 6 person large whirlpool. Due to the unconventional building construction of the house there are several terraces, so it is always possible to find a cosy spot which helps to make the long, bright summer evenings on the West Coast even cosier. There are sun beds, brick garden grill, swings, see-saw and sandbox for the kids.
