The property is located just a two minute walk from the heart of Looe and the beach and has easy access to shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and the bustling harbour. The property has been beautifully decorated and has a modern, clean look whilst retaining all of the wonderful character and charm of the building.
On entering Edendore there is a spacious hallway which provides access to the lounge. This is a beautiful room with a large bay window and window seat, there is ample comfortable seating for six, TVs in lounge (smart TV), kitchen and master bedroom. There is a door from the lounge leading out on the small balcony which gets the sun in the afternoon and evening.
