The Pinamar Residence is a special place that has large garden spaces, a refreshing community pool of generous dimensions (16x6 meters), as well as a cozy porch and a community barbecue area.

With an accommodation capacity for 6/7 people, Villa Anna is perfect for both families with children and groups of friends who want to enjoy a quiet holiday on the Costa Brava. With a total area of 120 square meters spread over two floors, the villa offers a comfortable and welcoming space for all guests.

Entrance terrace measuring 30m² and enjoying morning sun.
Rear terrace with porch and garden, afternoon sun, and are oriented to the community garden, direct access to the community pool. The measurements are 15m² and 35m² respectively.
