Also on the same floor is a twin room with 2 single beds. This bedroom has its own veranda overlooking the nature reserve and swimming pool. Upstairs is the beautiful master suite. It is a large room with a screen door that you can open to enjoy the inter coastal breezes and the birds! Ensuite bathroom and large 'walk - in' wardrobe. 40" flat screen TV. Also upstairs is the full size bedroom, including another veranda overlooking the nature reserve and swimming pool. The heated swimming pool is a secure (passcode locked) pool for residents and guests only. There are tables and chairs and a changing room by the poolside. In the secure garage there are beach toys and useful equipment for your days on the beach - including a beach trolley and cooler on wheels. Within minutes you are on the sugar sand beaches that stretch for miles along the Gulf of Mexico.! You can also easily walk to stores and restaurants. For added convenience, right in front of the complex you can board the free trolley and explore the island. Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts. You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.
