Near everything, yet away from it all! With the feel of a cozy mountain cabin, you will be delighted with ample amenities and the convenience of a short 3-mile drive or bike ride to Sunriver Resort. The Osprey Chalet is one of our closest homes to Mt. Bachelor, offering world class skiing. An easy 20-minute drive on well maintained roads leads to the main ski lodge, Nordic Center and snow parks for cross country and snowmobiling trails. This three-bedroom, dog-loving home offers a beautiful mountain lodge-themed interior and a private fenced half acre! 

During your stay, you'll have a private hot tub and an outdoor BBQ and dining area on the back patio. Plenty of space in the driveway for various big toys like boats or snowmobile trailers and a secure storage shed for your small toys like skis, bikes and golf clubs. A great home base for skiing, golfing, biking and more!

Inside the mountain-themed Chalet, there are two levels and 1,500 square feet of living area. On the main level you'll find a gorgeous, remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances, dining room with seating for 6 plus, a cozy living room with fireplace. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, flatscreen TV and a Blueray DVD player. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a freestanding luxurious soaking tub, a tiled shower and a stacking washer and dryer.

The second bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower, a Netflix capable TV and DVD player in the window-filled loft, along with a game table and futon which makes into a double size bed for extra sleeping options. A pellet stove in the living room keeps the house warm and toasty on chilly nights.

A third bedroom can be found above the garage with a queen bed and a twin bed with trundle giving 4 more guests sleeping spaces.

Right off the back deck, you'll find the hot tub: perfect for after a day on the slopes. Outside there's also a grill for preparing barbecue feasts and a nice patio set. During the winter and spring time, enjoy gathering on vintage ski chairs as your warm up by the outdoor firepit. A time for S'mores, hot chocolate, family and friends. Bikes are also available to explore the many nearby trails! You may even be able to spot white-tailed deer, rabbits, and other wildlife right from the half-acre fenced yard.

This home features internet and TDS Digital TV.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kind of summer.
