The Space:

Ocean breezes, sun kissed faces and just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island! Park your car and enjoy the walk or a bike ride to the beach, shops, restaurants and all that Coligny Plaza has to offer! Enjoy live music, food, cold drinks and oceanfront views at The World Famous Tiki Hut or frozen tropical cocktails at Pool Bar Jim's - both just a short walk from the villa!!  Free trolley rides and the Breeze Trolley are other ways to get from here to there on Hilton Head's South end.

Our spacious 2 bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 guests with the queen size sofa bed in the living room providing extra space for you. The master suite has a luxury King-sized bed & mattress, while the second bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. Both bedrooms have their own TV and ample storage. There are 2 baths, with a full bath located upstairs and a half bath on the main floor for your convenience! The open floor plan is bright and airy with a full kitchen completely ready for your cooking and entertaining needs. We have a Keurig for morning coffee. Private front and back courtyards for relaxing and a night of stargazing, complete with gas BBQ grill and ample seating. Wi-Fi, TV and DVD players can be found in each bedroom as well as in the main living room. We have a front storage closet that we store beach gear for guest to use while they are here.

This amazing villa is just steps from the pool with its sundeck and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine! There are also umbrella-topped tables for gathering and perhaps a picnic lunch or snack poolside! 

If you are an early riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!

The pool is open daily from 8AM to dusk from April 1st through October 31st.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the courtyards.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
A premier south east barrier island off of the coasts of South Carolina and Georgia. Voted the "Best Island in the US" in 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 by Conde Naste Traveler.  Walk to the "World Famous" Tiki Hut and Coligny Beach. Ride your bike, walk or take the Breeze Trolley to locations from the South End to Mid-island! Enjoy easy days relaxing in the sun, sand and surf on some of the best beaches in the country. Get into the swing of things with 24 world class golf courses and 350 tennis courts, and experience our rich and vibrant history. Outdoor adventure is yours—ride horseback through a forest preserve, bike on the beach and moss-draped trails, kayak in our beautiful waters, go dolphin watching or even zip-line through our beautiful Low Country! Experience and explore all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

Getting Around:
Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
