Inside you are welcomed by the natural warmth of the knotty pine and log accents and wood floors. The floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace will keep you warm in the cooler months while you watch the snow fall through the expansive windows overlooking the fairway. Relax on the leather sofas in front of the large flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The gourmet kitchen is just steps away and includes bar seating at the natural log breakfast bar. There is plenty of space to prepare a meal on the granite counters, stainless steel appliances including gas range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and center island with prep sink. A formal dining room is just around the corner.
Step outside to the partially covered back deck for grilling on the propane barbecue or just relaxing in the shade with a glass of wine or cup of tea. Kids will enjoy playing in the fenced backyard while watching the golfers go by.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features access to the back deck, a king bed, TV with cable and DVD player, electric fireplace and private bathroom with tub and separate shower. The laundry room and a half bathroom is also on the main level for your convenience.
Head upstairs to the loft for an evening spent playing pool with your family and friends. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom with separate toilet room are on this level. One bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed and TV with cable. The last bedroom has a queen bed.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
NOTE: Loft area bathroom shower/sink side non-operational at this time. Toilet side of bathroom is fine.
