And with Ski Cooper and Copper Mountain just under 30 minutes away, you'll be able to hit the slopes in no time.

But our home isn't just a great location - it's also comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities you'll need for a budget-friendly stay. The upstairs bedroom has two beds, one king, and one queen. With 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and TVs for entertainment, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
