Ocean View House - Solar Heated Pool and Pet Friendly

Renovated holiday home, set on five acres in the heart of wine country on the Mornington Peninsula.

The house is a single story, has four bedrooms, sleeps up to 10 guests, has a solar heated pool, and views across Western Port Bay. Outdoor games include; Badminton, Basketball hoop and Volleyball.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, a dishwasher, a microwave and a Nespresso pod coffee machine. There are two separate living areas with couches and tv in each. The large living area features a reverse cycle air conditioner, smart tv, DVD, and Morso cast iron wood heater in the other living room.

The solar-heated pool has security fencing, lounges, and an umbrella, and the ample lawns are suitable for badminton, volleyball and basketball. Bring your cricket bat, croquet set or soccer ball, as there is room for all games.

Cook up a feast with the outdoor pizza oven and undercover bbq.

Bedding Configurations: sleeps 12 guests, optional: (9 Adults, 3 children) Or (6 Adults, 6 Children).
Linen included; please be sure to bring your pool towels.

Room 1 - Master King Bed with ensuite, incl. shower, bath, toilet, WIR, and partial ocean and pool garden view.
Room 2 - Queen Bed with a pool garden view.
Room 3 - Queen Bed with a pool garden view.
Room 4 - Three single bunks (top bunk allows for a child-bearing weight only) and pool garden view.

Family Bathroom with shower and toilet ( 2 bathrooms are available).

Pets Considered - well-behaved, quiet pets - subject to the Owner's Approval - additional pet levy applies.
We appreciate that pets are part of the family and welcome your furry friends - an additional pet levy applies -but ask that they are fully house-trained and past the 'puppy' chewing stage. The property is not fully fenced, and the neighbours have alpacas.

This property is ideal for a family wanting some space. It's only a five-minute drive to the beautiful Point Leo Beach. Close to central Red Hill, you can enjoy a meal at The Epicurean, Many Little, and Red Gum bbq. Why not visit Arthurs Seat Eagle, get lost at the Enchanted Adventure Garden or visit Montalto and wander along the Sculpture Trail? Whatever you decide to do, this is an excellent spot for a getaway.

Parties or functions/gatherings are not permitted at this property. This includes wedding and school groups.
