How about having your toes in the sand in 800 steps or less? This updated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath villa is just minutes from the beach, the "world-famous" Tiki Hut, Pool Bar Jim's, Coligny Plaza and all of the shops, restaurants, and entertainment! This sunny villa sleeps 6 and is ready for you and your family or friends! So close to it all and new to the area, The Low Country Celebration Park with its playground, Children's museum, amphitheater, and beautiful lagoon! 

The sunny villa is well appointed with all of your needs in mind, including Roku ready TV's in the living area and both bedrooms and a great selection of board games for winding down after a day on the island. The kitchen is ready for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. The full-sized washer and dryer are neatly tucked into a closet in the kitchen! The Master suite with its private bath and the sunny window is complete with a new king-sized luxury mattress and ample storage. The cozy second bedroom has 2 new plush twin mattresses and Roku enabled TV. Both bedrooms have private walkouts to the balcony. A second full bath with tub/shower is just outside the bedroom door! Brand new queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area to complete our sleep 6 villa!  
4 Beach Chairs, beach wagon, and beach towels will be in the villa for guest use!

One of the best locations on Hilton Head Island to easily get to everything! Consider renting bikes to explore the island and its bike paths or miles of sandy coastal beaches! The bike rental companies will drop off the bikes and pick them up at the end of your stay!! 

If you are an early riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!

The pool is open daily from April 1st through October 31st from sunrise to sunset. The pool deck is open year round.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

Guest Access:
Keyless, smart lock access. Code will be sent to you a few days prior to check-in.

Getting Around:
Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
