The Space:
Villa Legend B is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of Shell Beach, as well as restaurants and shopping in Gustavia. Situated in the hills, this 3-level villa enjoys spectacular sunsets and views of Shell beach and the bay beyond.

On the top level is the covered parking area and stairs, which descend to the main level and the spacious master bedroom. This is the Luis Vuitton room, which has floors made from the wood of an original Orient Express train wagon. This bedroom also features a French king-size bed, a large ensuite bathroom, and private sundeck.

The middle level houses 3 bedrooms, the main living area, and pool. The fully air-conditioned, open-concept living room shares its space with a modern kitchen. A small breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living room, which has large windows facing the view. Outside, underneath the covered terrace in front of the living room, is a large dining table with a cozy seating area. Additional seating is available in sun beds next to the large pool.

Three bedrooms are situated in front of the pool. Closest to the living room is the Yves Saint Laurent bedroom, which is slightly smaller than the others. In the middle is the Hermes bedroom, while the farthest out is the Chanel bedroom. A small fitness room completes this level.

On the lowest level is a second master bedroom, the Bvlgari room, which offers a private deck. Each bedroom has a European king-size bed, a designer dressing area, an ensuite bathroom with shower, U.S. satellite services and Apple TV. This villa also comes with French satellite TV, a Sonos sound system, and 5 covered parking spaces.
