The Best View in San Francisco. In my home, you will enjoy unobstructed views of the city skyline and bay. Most landmarks in San Francisco are visible from the living room, including Alcatraz island, the Bay Bridge and the Sales Force Tower. The Luxury condo is in heart of Chinatown, where you'll have incredible food, shopping, and the occasional parade just outside. Centrally located, all major destinations, professional and tourist, are easily accessible by foot, metro, trolley, or car.

Mandarin towers is one of the oldest high rise buildings in the city, the surrounding buildings are all less than 4 stories, meaning you'll have unobstructed views of the heart of the city. The building's common areas reflect its history and are currently being renovated so. The interior of the apartment, on the other hand, is modern, with luxury furnishings, premium amenities, state-of-the-art appliances, and the latest in entertainment.

My home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living/dinning room, and an outdoor patio. One of the bedrooms has a small office area with a large desk,a second screen, and an all-in-one printer. That bedroom can remain open or be separated from living/dining room by sliding panels providing floor-to-ceiling separation. The sofa in the living room has a queen-sized pull out bed (with an added memory foam mattress pad) to accommodate additional guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials, including a coffee bar equipped with a Gaggia Anima Espresso Machine for cafe quality espressos/lattes/cappuccinos with premium roasted coffee beans and a variety of syrups. Also, i have a small outdoor patio with chairs and table which is perfect for enjoying coffee or wine , it can get cool s id recommend bringing a light jacket.

I've also added two PURE air purification systems which use HEPA/UVC/ and Ionization to sanitize the air. Additionally i'll provide masks/ gloves/ and hand sanitizer to ensure you are as safe as possible while enjoying the incredible city of San Francisco


Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Three storage spaces will be locked: the storage closet in the half bathroom, the storage closet next to the main bathroom, and the display cabinet near the dinning table. I ask that all guests refrain from tampering with the locks, as these are storage areas for my personal belongings. However, guests will have plenty of storage space, including a full sized closet and a separate wardrobe.

Guest safety and security is my first priority. There are motion sensing cameras outside of the the unit facing the front door. There is also an interior alarm system that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion. This system does not and cannot record audio of any kind. If you have any questions, please ask.
