Come enjoy this slice of joy in Ingram Texas, 15 min from Hunt and 15 min from Kerrville. How about sipping coffee on the waterside dock, or dangling your feet in the hill country creek? Maybe dominoes in the airstream while dinner cooks on the grill? Or maybe birdwatching with a beverage on the deck, where we watch Herons, Kingfishers, Owls, Hawks and hundreds of songbirds. Or dusk in a lawn chair watching the deer pick their way across the hill across the river.
As for the water, we have 200+ feet of waterfront with a dock and clear water for wading, paddle boating (provided), floating (tubes provided), or fishing (bring your own gear.) Flat bottom, approx 4 feet deep. No diving please. Our waterfront is at a low water crossing so occasional drivers will pass you by. We are in a rural neighborhood, but the lot is six acres, so there are no houses immediately next door.
