This private home is located on the beach side of 30A. Enjoy a short walk along a palm tree-lined boulevard to the large heated waterfront pool, and of course the sugar-white sands of Seacrest Beach. Our home, dubbed ‘Pura Vida at Sunset Beach’, has a comfortable living area, a dining room with seating for 4, a fully-equipped upscale kitchen with a new refrigerator, many small appliances, granite counter tops, and a side breakfast bar. The master bedroom is located on the main level with a king-size bed. There is also a private outdoor patio, accessible from the master bedroom as well as the living area. The private patio includes a small table with seating and a propane heated grill for cooking. Upstairs you will find two separate bedroom suites with private bathrooms. A large covered porch sits off of one of the bedrooms with a small view of the ocean. The shops and restaurants of Seacrest and Alys Beaches are a short walk or bike-ride away, as is Rosemary Beach (0.1 miles). Approximately 8 miles from Seaside.
