The Space:
Moorings is a spacious holiday home set over two levels.

The upstairs area boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open-plan dining and lounge area with a smart TV, a large king bedroom with a TV, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe, a queen bedroom, a bunk bed room with four single beds, a main bathroom servicing the queen and single bedrooms, a laundry area with washer and dryer, and outdoor dining facilities on a fabulous wrap-around deck complete with a private BBQ.

Internal stairs lead to the lower level, which features another fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and chairs, a large rumpus room with a ping pong table, a queen bedroom, a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, and another laundry area with washer and dryer.

Wi-Fi is available, but it's important to note that Vodafone does not operate in the area, and other mobile networks can be limited or patchy in Agnes Water & 1770.

Additionally, due to the location and surrounding flora and fauna, it's possible to encounter wildlife such as bugs, lizards, frogs, and birds on the verandah and in garden areas.

Guests have full, private access to the pool and gorgeous Balinese pavilion, where views of the Bay are breathtaking.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.

There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.

There is a tourism information centre in Agnes Water.

Nearest airports: Gladstone and Bundaberg - 75 kilometres.
Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.

Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily.
The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 8 kilometres away.

Other Things to Note:
A short 300m walk to the bay parklands, and there is plenty of parking available along the water and foreshores.

Guests can walk to the lookout on the headland for fabulous sunsets.

There are cafes for dining in 1770 close to the property.

The 1770 Marina is one kilometre from the property.

Agnes Water is approximately 8 kilometres from the property, where you will find beaches, cafes, grocery shops, pharmacies, etc.
