Convenient Resort
We loved the gift shop, h20 poolside grill, and no key card required for re-entry to the resort. The room floor had a good bit of grit and could be vacuumed instead of swept between stays.

Check in not til 3 but are you checking out earlier?
When we arrived at the motel we discovered that the motel staff was extremely rude. If they don’t want to deal with tourist perhaps they should find another job. Finally being able to check into our room after we walked around the beach for hours with all of our luggage we noticed that sand had been swept and pushed behind the door. Later that evening I decided I wanted to pull out the hideaway bed and watch TV in the living room because the only thing available in the bedroom was Nick at night, only to discover that the sheet was not even clean there was crap all over it I took it off and put it in the washer. All of that for nothing because there were no pillows nor blankets for the couch. The couch pillows were all stained up and the leg to the couch was broken. On the patio there was a big blob of something black and sticky chairs were scattered everywhere like they did not even touch it. Later I went to rinse out a cup and as soon as I turned on the water in the kitchen it started backing up with black crap. Refrigerator had pink stuff in it that was sticky, sand all over the counter top in kitchen the ice in the freezer was sooooo old it was freezer burnt. We decided to go to eat dinner, after my shower I attempted to blow dry my hair, it didn’t work! On our last day I received a message asking if we had planned on checking out any earlier than 10 o’clock in which I didn’t understand because they didn’t let us in a minute sooner so why would I check out of someplace that I have more than over paid for sooner than the time we paid for. I’m not so sure that our room was cleaned thoroughly so at the end of our stay I took all the bed sheets off only to visualize that there were stains of blood on the bed. If I had a broom I would’ve left that place cleaner then what it was when we walked in in fact I did leave it cleaner than what it was when we walked in, minus sweeping. Beach chairs in the closet BROKEN. Overall I wasn’t very satisfied which is pretty said Bc I don’t even take vacations, this was the first time I had been to florida in at least twenty years. We pretty much were only able to use one elevator while we were there bc they were all broken.

Cute condo great location
Loved the size, decor, and location of the condo. However after entering we had no washcloths (took over 24hrs to finally get), the bathroom was not cleaned, toilet was left with fecal matter( I am not convinced any of the place was clean) dishes were still dirty in the dishwasher, kitchen counter had sticky spots, hair dryer was broken (was told a new one was getting dropped off, never seen it) living room had dirty shoe prints all over the floor, washer ruined an entire load of our clothes, no blankets or pillows for the pullout couch. I did end up cleaning everything when we arrived. The "cleaning" people that did bring washcloths just had them in a trash bag and was practically thrown at me. 2 big rough looking guys. We were able to get a little later check out on our last day there which made us not rush around getting packed to leave.
