The Space:
This apartment is extremely detailed and cozy! From the entrance to every area, all are lively and warm, which can make anyone feel like they are home!

The couch, cable TV, and high-speed WiFi are in the living room. Just beside it is a spacious balcony where you can relax with the Marina view.

The dining table comfortably seats six, which gives you enough space to enjoy dining with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has all that you need.

Queen-sized beds are waiting in the bedrooms. They all have fresh linens to ensure that you will have the best sleep. The bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and more in a welcome pack.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to gym, pool, and tennis courts. Parking is available upon request.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

Choitrams Supermarket is right below the building, Caribou Coffee and Marina Mall are both minutes away!

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.

The Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station, meanwhile, is about 7 minutes away if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. This connects to the main metro station as well that can get you around Dubai.

The Marina Terrace Waterbus Station is also about 12 minutes away. Its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Promenade.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
