Once you walk through the door you will be amazed at the great use of space that can accommodate up to 13 guests. Perfectly located on 16 acres, Delatite Point has direct private access from the property to deep waters of Lake Eildon, is just over a 10 minute drive from the Mansfield Township & approx 40 min to the entry gates of Mt Buller. So bring your kayaks, SUPS, boats, jet skis & fishing gear and enjoy all the beautiful lake has to offer or head up the mountain for a day of snow fun.
Once you arrive at the property you will drive along the tree lined driveway to a home away from home overlooking the amazing Lake Eildon. Look out for the Scottish Highlanders and Alpacas! Delatite Point has a clean & fresh layout which is perfect for 2-3 famiies with 3 bedrooms for adults upstairs and a large bunkroom for children downstairs. The home has split system air conditioning/heating in every bedroom/room in the house along with heated floors in the bathrooms ensuring your comfort no matter what the temperature outside.
Spend the day out on the water, up at the snow, bike riding along the rail trails or for those who like more of a challenge mountain biking down Mt Buller during the summer season, 4WD throughout the nearby National Parks or enjoy the local wineries, even consider a scenic drive to the King Valley wineries, or just simply relax and enjoy all this property has to offer.
Upon arriving at the house you will enter the home via the downstairs door into the large comfortable lounge area including split system heating & cooling, TV/DVD, games & foosball table with the bunk room & large bathroom just down the hall.
Walk up the internal staircase to 3 more bedrooms, another spacious bathroom plus a well equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and access to the outdoor decking space.
