The Space:
Find everything you need to facilitate a comfortable and relaxing stay. The spacious interior is ideal for families, especially those with young children or infants.

The master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a king-sized bed, a generous walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. A secondary queen size bedroom features ample storage space in its expansive wardrobe. Kids will delight in the third room, furnished with two single beds and a dedicated wardrobe for their belongings. The final bedroom combines practicality with comfort, providing a single bed, wardrobe, and compact office space. An additional floor mattress is available, with linens provided upon request. All regular beds are outfitted with top-quality linens for a restful night's sleep.

Indulge in the modern luxury of two spacious bathrooms featuring sleek wooden vanities and expansive walk-in showers. Relax in the primary ensuite, complete with the option for a soothing bath. Your comfort is paramount, with towels and premium toiletries provided for your convenience.

The primary living space features two spacious couches flanked by a stunning decorative fireplace. A TV sits across, offering numerous entertainment options, including Netflix.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts essential appliances, including a coffee maker and dishwasher, ensuring effortless mornings and cleanup. The spacious breakfast bar offers ample room for meal prep, while the nearby dining table comfortably accommodates up to eight guests for dinner gatherings. Adjacent to the dining area, unwind in the secondary lounging space furnished with a cozy couch and TV, perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends.

Guest Access:
You have private access with using a lockbox and key. Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing.

Explore View St for an array of shopping options, including Heather Bell Antiques and The Meadow, then venture further into town for more dining options, such as El Gordo on Chancery Lane or Ghosty’s Diner.

Don't miss a relaxing walk through Rosalind Park, especially in the spring or summer, where you can admire the lush landscaping and visit the Conservatory and Fernery. While in the area, make sure to explore the Golden Dragon Museum and its captivating gardens.

Bus 55 is accessible at Langston St & View St, located 100m away.
Bendigo Station, with access to the V line, is 2km away.

**Security Deposits**

We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.

**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.
