Upon first arrival to the property guests will pull into the left-hand side of the shared driveway in front of the garage. After unloading, proceed up the staircase to the second floor of the home to reach the unit via the large wrap around deck. The primary entrance upon first arrival to the home is located on the Eastern side of the property just off the living room. Continuing along the wrap around deck places guests on the spacious south deck with access to the sliding glass door entry/exit to the kitchen. For the sunbathers, the south deck offers fantastic exposure while maintaining the privacy of an upper-level home and the north deck offers the perfect mid-day shady retreat.
Once first inside the unit, guests will be inside the living area with an access door to the north deck. To the immediate left is access to the kitchen. Just before the kitchen is a short hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The Master bedroom with a queen bed will be to the left-hand side. Immediately ahead is the full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The last bedroom with two twin beds is located opposite the Master Bedroom on the right side (north end) of the hallway.
