CABO SAN LUCAS ON SOUTH PADRE ISLAND: WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
We invite you and your guests to indulge in a subtropical island vacation in our beachfront townhouse on South Padre Island. Our family-friendly 4-bedroom home has the dreamy atmosphere of a New England beach house with the boisterous setting of a tropical island. With room for up to 10, our fully furnished bedrooms and 3 upstairs bathrooms will make you and your guests feel right at home. Our Master Suite is a vacation destination all on its own with its private beachfront balcony, full bathroom, and bathtub overlooking the ocean. Our 1st and 2nd guest rooms are perfectly suited for a family who wants to stick close together thanks to the rooms' shared Jack and Jill bathroom. One room has a King bed while the other has 2 Queens. The 4th guest room has a full bathroom right across the hall, a comfy king bed, flat screen tv, and gets flooded with beautiful evening light from the sunset over the bay.
Our home is set up with fast Gigabyte WIFI throughout the home. Perfect for remote learning, business travelers, and gamers.

Our open-floor living spaces make a befitting backdrop for your beach vacation. The foodie in your group is going to relish having a kitchen loaded with full-size appliances, a taste of the beach right out the patio doors, and the freshest flavors from our charming local grocery: Blue Marlin or the weekend Farmer's Market. Our perfectly equipped kitchen overlooks our dining space that doubles as the headquarters for your family's annual Game Night. Our warm, wood dining table seats up to 6, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar which looks across the kitchen. We've outfitted our living room, which we've playfully dubbed "The Napping Capital of South Padre Island," with a huge L-Shaped sectional that is - hands down - everyone's favorite spot in the house. From here you can see the entire downstairs area, the pool, the beach, and of course the TV. And while our living space is everyone's favorite indoor spot, our private patio with bubbling hot tub and private pool is everyone's favorite outdoor spot. You and your crew will spend most of your time on our patio thanks to the grill, outdoor seating, sparkling pool, and absolutely amazing view of the beach. South Padre Island's smooth sands and warm gulf waters will be just steps away from you while you dine alfresco, sip drinks, and make memories with the ones you love. Our vacation home is exactly what you're looking for. Pro-Tip: If you have to work, binge watch your shows, update your status, or stream your vacation to your followers, you'll be happy to know you won't need to disconnect! We now have gigabit internet speeds - that's nearly 100x times faster than average internet speeds.

Exchange hours are between 11 am and 3 pm daily.

This vacation home is a 2-story walk-up with no elevator access. Located on the ground floor are the living areas, and kitchen, as well as direct access to the patio and pool. On the second floor you'll find the bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry room, and counter space with coffee maker.

Our tropical-island vibe pairs perfectly with our Southern, down-home, local community. Diners, night-clubs, mini-golf, tandem-bike rentals, parasailing, coastal fishing tournaments, music festivals, and a water park make South Padre Island the ideal vacation spot for families and fishing groups. Our coastal marshlands are home to hundreds of species of rare and endangered animals and are also a hotspot for migrating birds and ocean-life. Birders and ecotourists from all over the world have South Padre Island on their bucket list. There truly is something for everyone on South Padre Island.

-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 am to 3 pm.

-Pets are not allowed at this rental. Service animals are always welcome.
-Under HOA and rental-owner rules, this rental is unavailable to college-age Spring Break groups. Spring Break groups in neighboring properties may affect general noise levels.
-Access to this property requires the use of stairs.
-Sleeper sofa linens are available upon request.
