Enjoy your stay at Bluewater East 706-N, being on the East end of the building you will have plenty of views of the ocean. Sitting on your sunny southern exposure balcony you not only have a view of the ocean but you also have a view of the outdoor pool and the kiddy pool below. This property has two elevators and one off street parking is just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. This stylish condo has a large king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room for the rest of your family. 706 is the perfect place for you and your family to spend your time at the beach.

The property needs a lot of updating.
This place could stand a deep cleaning. All the rugs were filthy dirty. Good thing I brought all my own disinfectant and cleaning supplies. The price should be a lot cheaper fir what u get. The location to the beach was great! Not sure I will rent this place again . Definitely find a place more updated

Perfect Getaway
The property was very nice and well kept. The location was excellent, halfway between downtown OC and the DE beaches and boardwalks. Ocean view very nice. Short walk to the beach and the beach itself were outstanding. Worked out great for us.

Great Location
For the most part, this was a nice place. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool had an adults only hour which was nice. Rental agency was prompt in getting us an answer to a question we had about the pool. The overall condition of the condo is ok except the stained rugs and stained bed spread should be replaced! There is a toaster in the kitchen. An earlier review recommended that. The biggest issue we had was that the “cable/satellite” accommodation is misrepresented. There is a cable box, but the only channels available are over the air channels. They do not even provide basic cable channels like CNN or the Weather Channel. We would like to stay here again if we saw updated pictures with a new bedspread and rugs, and knew that the “cable/satellite tv” really is cable tv.

Convenient to beach..
Overall we had a great stay. I liked that this place was close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool very much. The guard at the pool was very nice. Parking was close and easy. And the elevators were prompt. I had brought along almost all of the groceries I needed but there wasn't a toaster to toast my mother's bagels. I did specifically ask about a coffee pot and the type it was. I was told it was a regular coffee pot and when we arrived there was a keurig on the counter. It would have been nice to know that too. I would have brought my k cups but instead I bought filters and regular coffee to take along. I had to rummage through all the cabinets to find the coffee pot. But I ended up going out to buy the kcups as this is easier for my 80 yr old mother with dementia to work. Our first day upon arrival I turned up th AC as it was 78 in the unit and not long after someone from maintenance was knocking on the door because it was leaking. He addressed the issue and made it seem to me that everything was fine but the next day as I was getting out of he shower there was another knock at thr door. This time it was the AC repair men. They weren't there long and said everything was fixed but it would have been nice to maybe have a text or an email letting me know to expect them. My 11 year old daughter answered the door when the repair men came because i was in the shower. It would have been nice to get text or email alerting us to expect them. Had I not been there she would have been alone or my mother who is pretty clueless these days. Again..just a heads up that they were coming would have been nice as I had to speak with them while in a towel. My only other issue was how cold the living area was but the back bedroom was hot. So my daughter and I were sweating while my mother out on the pull out froze. I had to go purchase an additional blanket for her and she was still cold. Maybe having a fan to help draw the air to the back room would help? Thank you.
