There are 4 bedrooms: 1 master with a king and an ensuite, a second master with a king and an ensuite, and two bedrooms with twin beds sharing a bathroom. You will enjoy the large living-family room. Each bedroom has a TV that is connected to WIFI. Bring your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+ account details with you and enjoy your favorite shows while on vacation. And of course, you may have no time to watch TV, as your vacation house has its own private pool (south and west facing for all day long sunshine). And the owners also added a foosball table in the garage for you to enjoy. And if you are planning on going to the parks, this is the perfect location as the house is only a 13-20 min drive to Disney (35-40 min to the Airport, 25 min to Universal Studios). This is guaranteed good memories with your family and friends. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. ****Parking information: Only two cars are allowed to park at the property (1 car inside the garage, 1 car on the driveway). No parking on the street or on the lawn in permitted by the HOA. A fine of $100 per day will be issued by the HOA if the parking rules are not fully respected. There is no overload parking inside the subdivision. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
