The Space:
The Grand Turk Suite sleeps up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a king size bed and in-suite full bathroom. While the second bedroom features a queen size bed with an attached bathroom and entrance from the hall. Sleep extra guests on the queen size pull out couch in the living room. The private balcony is perfect for unpacking your afternoon lunch after a day at the pool. Or whip up some dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig Coffee Maker, dishwasher and cooking essentials. There is central AC at this unit as well as internet, TV, and cable.

Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival.

Shared Community Features: The guests of this condominium are able to take advantage of the shared hot tub, shared washer and dryer, shared pool, and tennis courts.

The Neighborhood:
Grand Turk Suite is located inside of the Sunrise Suites Resort Community located just minutes away from the World Famous Duval Street and its vibrant restaurants, art galleries and nightlife. Inside the community you can find a corner store, spa, walking and biking trails. It is also located just a short drive away from the nightly Sunset Celebration and entertainment at Mallory Square.

Getting Around:
One of the best parts of staying in Key West is how close in proximity you are to everything, this small little 2x4 island offers a variety of ways to get to and from your destination! Don’t feel like walking? Peddle your way to breakfast, or take a bike ride along the water at sunset, by renting from Fury or Island Bicycles who offer both pick up & drop off of bike services! Feel like you’re on island time when you rent from Minty’s where you can enjoy exploring Key West on a scooter or golf cart! In addition to these non-traditional modes of transportation, you can also Uber, Lyft or Taxi to your next destination. Pink Taxi is an easy, reliable and affordable way for getting to your rental from the airport.

There is 1 parking spot available per apartment. However, the spots are not marked. They are available on a first-come first-serve basis so we can not guarantee close proximity to your unit.

A second parking spot is a possibility and based off of parking lot vacancy. Should you see an additional spot, you may park free of charge.

There are shared washer and dryers available on the first floor
Unit has both elevator and stair access.
Pets are welcome!
Our requirements are as follows:
•40lb maximum per pet
•$15/night per pet
•2 pet maximum
