The property itself was lovely.
Unfortunately the house was not clean, the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped, the bathrooms had massive amounts of mould in them and we spent 6hours cleaning the property ourselves.
Could not contact anyone and later found out the reasoning was because they did not have enough staff to answer calls so calls just went unanswered. Was told this by the staff over the phone once someone made contact with us.
Circuit on the main power board shorted out on the first night which meant we lost all airconditioning, internet,tv and only had power to one power point.
when it rains the dining room ceiling leaks and you need to put a bucket under it or the water pools in the dining room.
The pool was green and had to get maintenance to send someone and they found a t shirt stuck in the pool filter.
Went to use the bbq on Saturday afternoon and the gas bottle was empty, also the 2 gas bottles in the gas heaters were also empty .
The automatic gate also died on a first night so it did not work for the entire 7 night stay.
Obviously who ever is paid to look after this rental is not checking the property at all.
We have also taken photos of how we found the property and the issues it had in case anyone doubts that this review is not true.
Will never use Stayz again.
