Situated on the 5th TOP FLOOR of the penthouse/tower building of the Wailea Beach Villas Resort, Sea La Vie L510, a fully redecorated and remodeled 2.5 bedroom, 2 bath suite, offers expansive and superlative direct west-facing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Wailea Beach and the Wailea Resort area. Only a few residences on the upper floors of the Wailea Beach Villas offer such exceptional views. This villa is well above the family pool where birdsong and the rustling of palm tree fronds provides soothing tropical ambiance. Reserve this sublime residence and take in spectacular sunsets, moonsets, and sapphire-blue sea views of Sea La Vie.

A full and fresh makeover with all new decor and furnishings was just completed in L510 Sea La Vie in late-2022. We added all-new plush carpet and wall paint, new kitchen and bath counters, all new furniture and decor throughout, new ultra-lux bed and bath linens, new kitchen goods, extra large televisions, and updated electronics including docking stations, Netflix, Apple TV, and HD cable service. Recent additions to the all-new L510 include beautiful area rugs in the dining and living rooms, a powder blue velvet sofa in the master along with a grey velvet bed frame, new white fluted living room coffee table, solid wood sliding panel doors to close off the den, luxurious navy blue plush cotton velvet drapes in the den, additional artwork, a newly re-upholstered living room sofa, a white marble dining table with new velvet and walnut wood dining chairs and stools, and more!

The palette of Sea La Vie L510 features a soothing mix of blue tones and light neutrals. In theming L510 we took our inspiration from the original painting in the dining alcove created by renowned artist Stephanie Sachs. Visit L510 and you'll feel like you are living above the clouds with a dreamy seascape and furnishings that provide comforting, lush, and soft surroundings.

Within this residence, there are two private bedroom suites (King, King), and two full bathrooms, each with a tub and shower, with approx. 1,900 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Off the great room is a bonus den room outfitted with queen bed, side chair, and sliding privacy walls so as to double as a third bedroom. Large state-of-art flat panel televisions are in every room, each cleanly wall-mounted with all wiring hidden in the walls, an HD digital channel selection, Netflix, Apple TV, and other enhancements.

The alfresco panoramic ocean view veranda has a stainless Viking gas grill and outdoor lounging furniture. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and is complete with a power juicing machine, espresso machine, coffee maker, coffee grinder, waffle maker, toaster oven, toaster, mixer, food processor, hot air popcorn popper, rice cooker, tea kettle, spices/herbs, assorted coffee beans, a full set of cookware, service ware, small devices, and other conveniences. The kitchen has plenty of room to store your groceries, as well as refrigerated beverage drawers, freezer drawers, Sub-Zero refrigerator, built-in microwave, convection oven, glass cooktop, Bosch dishwasher. In the laundry room a generous assortment of supplies are stocked for your use, along with abundant extra towels and bed linens.

The resort was designed as a world-class residential villa resort comprised of 98 elegant accommodations, set on 11 acres nestled between the Shops At Wailea, Wailea Beach and the Pacific Ocean. A limited number of visitors and residents have an opportunity to restore and renew themselves within a low density and low rise beachfront community that is fashioned as a luxury resort.

The Wailea Beach Villas, a true vacation paradise with polite attentive 24 hour security personnel, is embellished with verdant manicured gardens full of blooming tropical flowers, a symphony of glowing tiki torches, cascading waterfalls, two heated swimming pools - one designated for adults and the other for families, two outdoor whirlpool hot tub spas, a fitness center with locker rooms and showers, group meeting rooms, a game room including billiards, and a business center. It's an easy stroll through the lushly landscaped gardens to the beach.

Vacation at the Wailea Beach Villas and you don`t have to be unnecessarily concerned about the availability of lounge chairs or sun umbrellas. There is no need to spend extra money to rent a cabana to be guaranteed some quiet space or sunshade. There are plenty of sun umbrellas, lounge chairs, and shaded areas at both swimming pools for all guests to enjoy on a no-charge basis. In fact, the friendly pool attendants will set up an umbrella and a lounge chair on Wailea Beach for you. Towel and water service is also available poolside and at the beach. In contrast to the excessively crowded condition of other nearby hotels, the Wailea Beach Villas Resort is an oasis of tropical splendor in the heart of Wailea Resort. Transport to the beach is available by calling the Wailea Beach Villas security office for a lift. We stocked an array of beach items for you to borrow such as beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler.

The beach front paved pedestrian promenade that passes through Wailea Resort along the coastline serves as an ideal pathway for walking and jogging. You may rent sports gear such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards, snorkel sets, surfboards and more - a few steps away - in front of the Grand Wailea Resort. We also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and cooler in your villa - for expeditions to other beaches, as well as beach towels to take with you for use on snorkel sail boat adventures.

Wailea Resort is well known amongst discerning travelers for its legendary climate, unlimited water sports and ocean recreation, golden sand beaches, 3 championship Golf Courses with driving range, elegant Tennis Center and beautiful meandering beach side walking promenade. Wailea Golf Courses offer players some of the most verdant and picturesque golf of any tropical destination. Guests of Private Paradise Villas receive special rates at the Wailea courses, resulting in a savings of up to $100 per foursome.

The adjacent Shops At Wailea, which are immediately accessible to the Wailea Beach Villas via a common gate, feature outstanding shopping for designer goods, art, crafts, clothes, shoes, sundry items, gifts, deli food, liquor, and dining. Several restaurants in the Shops at Wailea will cooperate with take-out food orders placed in advance by phone from your personal villa.

Kilolani Spa, an all-new 50,000 square feet open air luxury spa adorned by the natural beauty of Hawaii and designed to honor local traditions, is now open at the adjacent Grand Wailea Resort.

- Please expect ambient audible living sounds including twilight luau entertainment from neighboring resorts, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.
- On-site maintenance for interior plant care is performed weekly.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

The accommodation you are renting has flexible bedding options in at least one sleeping room/bedroom. Our staff will ask you in advance of arrival how you would like the beds made up in those spaces. Kindly let us know prior to arrival so we can have the sleeping arrangements pre-made for you. If you are unable to give us your bedding request in advance, or if you change your bedding request after arrival, a $150 change fee will be applied.
