The Space:
Set in central Old Torquay close to sporting grounds and parks, the kids will love the lifestyle of being able to walk or ride their bikes to all the hotspots. Torquay Surf Beach and Cosy Corner front beach are nearby, playgrounds are dotted along the foreshore and the footy oval and Spring Creek are just across the highway.
Don’t feel like cooking? The best fish n’ chip shop in town is barely 50m from your front doorstep! Walk 5 minutes to the café precinct, local supermarket or Surf City Plaza – all located less than 500m away. Jump in the car (or nearby public transport) to explore restaurants and boutiques, with beautiful surf beaches and places of interest to discover along The Great Ocean Road.
The 3-bedroom home is zoned for easy, enjoyable family living. It is set up to be a home away from home, with a relaxed holiday atmosphere that the whole family will enjoy, plus the amenities you need for family life (ie: wifi, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer).
All bedrooms are large with built-in robes and portable fans, well appointed with comfortable beds, hotel quality sheets and bath towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please BYO beach towels.
The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite (shower, vanity, toilet, Tastic heater). The next room has a Queen size bed, while the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed plus Single bunks. The family bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.

The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and utensils, including children’s crockery. Appliances include an electric wall oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod machine (some pods provided). The kids will love having ‘brekky’ at the bench, ideally set up with 6 bar stools (high chair also available).
An 8-seater dining table offers space for everyone to eat together in the north-facing meals area, adjoining a light-filled open-plan lounge (Smart TV - log in with your own Netflix/streaming account details to resume your own viewing history) and kitchen layout that opens directly to a paved courtyard and BBQ area. A well-behaved pet is welcome by approval at the time of booking, and subject to House Rules and a $50 pet fee. (BYO pet essentials/bed/food bowls/dog poop bags).
The north-facing, fully fenced rear courtyard is paved and private, with a BBQ and outdoor setting.
The family lounge room has comfortable couches and a TV (a DVD with limited movies available). Ducted gas heating throughout keeps everybody cosy. In the second living room, kids can play, socialise, read or watch TV, complete with split system heating-cooling, a TV (free to air) and foosball table.
