An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just a few minutes (motorbike) away or a 10-12 minute walk. The building is new, with great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area. Exercise room, 24 hour security and private parking area.
The fully air conditioned studio is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. There is a private balcony in the apartment as well.
The bedroom area has a queen size bed, wardrobe and safe box for extra security. Sliding wall provides privacy to separate the bedroom part from the living area.
The kitchenette is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, microwave and kettle. Lounge area offers a flat screen TV with cable channels. Private high speed Wi-Fi is available for streaming your favorite shows or working online.
There are 3 swimming pools, one on the rooftop and two swimming pools around the building, as well as a gym with AC and view.
Electric and water usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 600baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
