Sit under a private palapa or take in the sun, either way, you are bound to enjoy yourself and even meet a few friendly neighbors! The restaurant serves delicious food and drinks, at very reasonable prices. Simply leave some money in advance, and don't worry about bringing your wallet to the beach. The restaurant staff will let you know when it's time to pay into your account again.

There are heated and non-heated outdoor pools, as well as a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi. There is a BBQ area with loungers and hammocks, perfect for afternoon get-togethers, and a Ping-Pong table, foosball table and air hockey table to keep you busy and having fun! On the main floor is also a large and very complete gym, with cardio and weight equipment to suit all types of work-outs.

Paraiso I has 24/7 security monitoring the beach and road entrances.

10 min. drive where you can find shops, restaurants, beach front hotels, and nightlife. Ocean activities are readily available like, swimming, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours and much much more. General Rental Policies:

RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.

We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.

Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
