Maintenance Upgrade Works
The Body Corporate will be undergoing further upgrade works throughout the property

These works are to ensure the property is kept to a high standard to create a great experience for all our guests.

Lifts throughout the complex will be upgraded up until December 2024.

The Location - Laguna on Hastings is located in the heart of one of Australia's most exclusive holiday destinations - Noosa - featuring a host of fabulous restaurants and great shopping in Hastings Street.

The Unit – This one -bedroom studio apartment, has so much to offer. It is situated at the ground floor position. You can relax in style with terraced tropical gardens and a swimming pool area that displays a myriad of waterfalls and garden water fountains. Each holiday suite features separate lounge and dining areas, bedroom with a queen size bed with a spa bath, a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and cooktop. The laundry facility features both washing machine and a dryer.

Other features include access to the communal in-ground swimming pool, heated spa in complex and private balcony. You can also enjoy the use of the complex Gym with state of the art ‘Life Fitness’ equipment while you stay.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.
