First floor has a family room with a large sectional with 90" flat screen TV, dining room, kitchen with island with seating, breakfast bar and large pantry, primary bedroom with adjoining ensuite bathroom, and powder room. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms, an entertainment loft with classic 2 player arcade table, and shared bathroom. Backyard patio has table with seating for six, 2 sun loungers, gas grill, and backs to gorgeous woods and stream. Kitchen is equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, and small appliances for use by guests including a blender, chopper, and juicer. Amenities: Community clubhouse overlooks Assawoman Bay with large swimming pool, private beach, outside tiki bar, fitness center, large great room, fireplace, and indoor bar. There is a $100 community rental fee which will be charged at booking. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult to use pool. No children under 15 in the fitness center.
