We are excited to announce that the Woodrun Lodge pool and hot tub will be undergoing a full renovation project this coming Spring. We anticipate that these facilities will not be available for guest use between May and June 2024, although dates for the duration of this work may vary. With direct ski-in and ski-out access to the best skiing in North America, Woodrun Lodge 412 has an enviable location directly on Blackcomb Mountain, a few yards up from the high-speed Blackcomb Gondola. The tastefully appointed one-bedroom plus den has all of the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, gas fireplace, in-suite laundry, and private balcony. Woodrun Lodge 412 is the ideal setting for a small family holiday, executive stay, or couples getaway, with tennis courts, a golf course, shops, and restaurants only a short walk away.

Location & Transport - How to Get Around

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop

Ski Access

Woodrun Lodge gives direct access to Merlin’s ski run at the rear of the property. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March, however is subject to weather conditions. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels shortly before arrival upon request.

The Woodrun Lodge

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

Things to Know

No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
Pool & hot tub hours. The pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days per week.
Pool and hot tub area construction. The Woodrun pool and hot tub facilities will be undergoing a full renovation project. We anticipate that these facilities will not be available for guest use between May and June 2024. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
