In the middle of Queenscliff, but tucked away privately at the north end of Queenscliff’s main street, ‘Marley’s Place’ offers the ultimate convenience and comfort for your coastal stay. The contemporary double-storey apartment includes two bedrooms on the lower level, light-filled open-plan living upstairs and the town’s cafes, boutiques and art galleries right on your doorstep.

Bedrooms comprise a queen-sized master with a ceiling fan and large timber slider merging to the second bedroom with a lovely new comfy double bed. Please note that to get to the bathroom you need to go through the second bedroom.
The large bathroom features a full-sized bath and shower with rainwater showerhead, and there’s a washer and dryer for convenience. In-built robes allow you to store belongings out of sight.

Upstairs, the modern kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The dining and living spaces are stylishly appointed; a large TV and series of board games is available to keep the kids amused. A split system air conditioner ensures optimal comfort and there’s a nifty powder room concealed behind the kitchen.

Sunshine spills on to the north-facing balcony which is a delightful spot to enjoy a morning coffee from the coffee machine or a BBQ; brush matting partitions offer privacy from neighbouring units. There is a separate dedicated car space to the rear of the building, where you can park the car and explore the town’s offerings on foot.

The relaxed atmosphere in this part of the world inspires lazy beach days, fishing boat trips or wandering up and down the main street popping into art galleries, quaint homewares stores and superb restaurants. Pop over to the harbour to check out the shops or jump on the ferry for a fantastic day out in Sorrento. There are multiple beaches, parks and walking tracks nearby, and it’s just a short drive to explore the many attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula.

The bedrooms are linked and only have a sliding partition between them having to walk through the second room to the bathroom.

CAN YOU BRING PETS:
YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to small 1 well behaved dog is welcome at no additional cost. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc.
