On the top level at this Rawhiti accommodation there are 4 generous bedrooms (2 in each wing) with ensuites, including full wet wall walk-in showers - each wing has a king bedroom that opens onto decking with gorgeous views, as well as a twin king single room.

The lower level includes its own living area and large deck, ensuring ample room for your group to relax in comfort. There are a further 2 generous bedrooms on this level, each with 3 sets of single bunks. A full bathroom plus an additional powder room service the lower level.

To complete your luxurious set up, the house includes Sky TV, Wi-Fi, multiple TV's, a home theatre system, SONOS, premium Spotify, and NETFLIX - ideal for unwinding on those indoor days! For days outdoors, you will have access to mooring for easy access by boat. There are stunning walks that leave from right outside the back deck, including the world renowned Cape Brett walkway. Plus, there is access to 2 fantastic Bay Of Islands beaches- Hauai Bay is a 3 minute walk, while Oke Bay is a 5 minute walk. Both are sheltered bays, great for swimming, fishing, and rock hopping!
