The modern kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, and an island to make prepping and serving easy. Enjoy meals and games at the table that seats 6.

Step right out of your living room to a beautiful all-season lanai where you may decide to spend most of your time. There is a beautiful view of the canal surrounded by lush landscaping.

The primary bedroom features are a king bed, access to the all-season lanai, and a large en suite bath, with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom, with a Queen and a twin, also has a SMART TV and access to the patio, as well as an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. There is a high-efficiency washer and dryer in the unit.

When you stroll outside, you will see the boat slip, as well as tennis courts exclusively for the guests at Westbay. There are 2 large heated community pools and a hot tub. Right down the road are community basketball courts as well as pickleball courts. Of course, this is Florida and there are lots of opportunities for fun and adventurous activities - like boating, jet skiing, fishing,..and the list goes on!

When you are ready to venture out further, you can hop on the free Anna Maria Island trolley that will take you over the whole Island. The beaches are stunning with 7 miles of uninterrupted silky sands. It is a perfect place to totally unwind and relax.
